Main Dish Round-Up:

Mustard + Herb Roast Chicken
Use whatever chicken you have on hand! Use whatever dried herbs you have in the pantry! If you are using a different piece of meat, just make sure you use a meat thermometer and determine how long to cook it based on what you have!

Pecan + Garlic Crusted Pork Roast
I’ve still been able to find pork occasionally, but if you can’t, the crust on this roast would be great on just about any type of protein you can get your hands on!
Sides + Veggies Round-Up:

Hasselback Potatoes + Feta Dressing
Every holiday table needs some potatoes! Use whatever you can find. And this feta dressing would be good with any type of crumbly cheese!

Asparagus + Ricotta Tart
Use whatever spring veggie you can find. Use whatever spreadable cheese you want!
Snacks + Extra Flavors Round-Up:

Arugula Cashew Pesto
Mix up whatever herbs and nuts you have! Then you can use this amazing condiment to fancy up any piece of meat or veggie you have on your table!

Air Fryer Goat Cheese Fritters
Don’t have goat cheese? Use cream cheese! Don’t have panko crumbs? Toast up some of that homemade bread you’ve all been making and pulse it in the food processor. Boom, Bread crumbs. Then use whatever herbs and spices you have to season the crumbs!

Muffins of Ice + Fire
Corn muffins are always delicious, and so easy to change up based on what you want and what you have!

Carrot + Turmeric Dip
This one may be a little trickier to make substitutions, but I had to add this delicious carrot recipe for Easter! If you have dried ginger and turmeric just add them to taste!. If you don’t have coconut milk, just use water to help blend everything together.

Deviled Eggs
And last, but definitely not least, the eggs! We don’t do any holiday without these babies, but certainly not Easter. I mean, we are already boiling eggs to dye anyway. We might as well make them delicious! You can get as fancy as you want to here, but this recipe is filled with pantry and fridge staples!
Cocktail Round-Up:

Sweet Summer Child Sangria
This is an easy one to customize! Use whatever wine you have. Use frozen fruit if you need to. Can’t find gingerale? Use Sprite. Don’t have brandy? Use vodka. Just put the sangria in the glass amiright?

Blackberry Bourbon Smash
Just like the sangria, use whatever berries you have, including frozen. Don’t have bourbon? Vodka or gin would be delightful!
